Topic: 1st floor partition wall through the center of 14ft x 13 ft room rcc roof

My house ground floor rcc roof work is about to start next week. The bedroom size is 14ft x 13ft, and in future I want to build two room above the bedroom so as the partition wall will run across the center of the ground floor bedroom roof. So, should I provide a support beam through the center of bedroom roof now? if yes, please specify the size and number of tmt steel also.

You can have that beam in the Lantel itself at the time of roofing. Take size as 7x4 and take atleast 4 or 6 tmt bars of atleast 16 mm each. Follow Mr gupta suggestion above, If the roofing has been already done. It will act as load bearing beam in both the cases.
