 Topic: BETTER OPTION
SIR,
   MY ENGINEEANR ADVISES ME TO GO TO THE SLAP FIRST AND THEN  CONSTRUCT THE BRICK WORK OF A DOUBLE STORIED BUILDING OF WHICH WE CAN GO FOR SECOND FLOOR SLAB SO THAT UR TIME WILL NOT BE WASTED EVEN IN THE RAINY SEASON.
    SO ADVISE ME WHICH IS BETTER?

As the structure seems to be designed on Pillars, I don;t think it is a bad idea to build the slabs first and then do the brick work.
