The cost of the building is depend on the specification used in the building and plan of the building. Every small change affect the cost. You can use estimator at ghar expert.com website.

Dear Mr Gupta, Thanks for your quick response ,I have already constructed this building and planing to start similar building , this are low budget appartments ,iwant to for information that my contractor have charged me a correct price Total contractor charged me IRS 50lacs ,for 5nos 1bhk (70sqm) ,however it has stilt parking of 150sqm on ground and under ground, Please advise if i paid a correct price to the contractor. for my new projects i will be using estimator of ghar expert Regards Altaf | | |

As I already said that The cost of the building is depend on the specification used in the building and plan of the building. Every small change affect the cost. You spent on the building Rs 50 laks. If you want exact cost than you should take detail estimate after sending the plan and specification used in the building. | | |
