 Topic: Builder Fees Estimate
Dear All,

I am in Gurgaon and planning to finalise a builder for building a 300 sqyd plot shortly (40 by 60 approx). Plan to do basement, ground+2. 

1) What is the minimum budget i should keep for this construction. (The estimator on gharexpert gave about 27 lac for a floor approx with high specification). 

2) How much time it can usually take?

3) What is an average builder fees i should keep in mind. 

Any other tips from experts are highly welcome.

           The estimator give rough cost estimate, for accurate you should take detail estimate. About time it depends upon the efficiency and labor employed by contractor. There is no norm of builder fee. See link below
