 Topic: Building a house in Kolkata Rajarhat area few initial questions
Hi,
We are planning to build a house in Kolkata rajarhat area.
We have few initial questions, appreciate if you can answer them.

Q1. Is there any possibility to make house G+3 without having any columns (or pillars) inside (or within the)  space of the house.
Q2. What is the maximum height allowed to build G+3 House on top of total area of 48ft x 38ft (municipality kolkata Rajarhat Gopalpur) ?
Q3. Maximum build-up area allowed/recommended with total space 48ft x 38ft  (Municipality Kolkata Rajarhat Gopalpur)?

Dear DK

     1. The structural engineer design the house according to the plan of the house.

2.The rules are changed from time to time so enquire in concerned office.
