I would like to know appox cost of foundation in black cotton soil for 2 story building having 7 rooms at ground & 7 rooms at 1st floor each of size 17X23 Sq.Ft (excluding walls).7+7 is for cost cutting.Also let me know other cost cutting methods at various stages.

Dear Kunal,

           The cost of building can be calculated with the help of architectural drawing and structural design as the specification of each component can greatly change the price. I recommend that you finalize the plans and get the structure and other drawing and then start working on the cost.
