Can anyone suggest the breakup ratio percentage cost like up to plinth beam, up to slab, superstructure, final finishing..Assuming cost of construction 1400 per sft. For i dependent residential building. Thank you

Dear Sir,
          The cost break up is possible with the help of cost detail estimate.
   For example you have foundation depth 3' in other case foundation depth is 4' or 5' than how can you fix the cost ratio.
