|  Topic: Cellar is good or bad ?
Hi Folks,
I have bought a plot recently approx outskirts of town and rapid growing area with a proper layout.
Plot dimensions are : 22 width * 57.25 length -- north face house
I have to build a house along with some commercial purpose which has to be used for a normal grocery shop to ware house for our textile shop or supermarket in future for this layout.
i am in view of constructing cellar (underground or basement) with total empty space so that can be used for multipurposes such as super market or textiles godown or hotel or some other needy business for this layout.
Ground floor a 2 or 3 bhk residential house.
Surprisingly, with my research in online i could find many negative responses for cellar both as per vastu or in residential area and 2 out of 10 only said you can build cellar.
could any of you give me the detailed idea how and why not cellar can be build, if build what is the problem?
