Civil Work - Construction Estimate for Stilt + 2 Floors

 Topic: Civil Work - Construction Estimate for Stilt + 2 Floors
Please help me out to understand the cost estimation for Stilt + 2 Floors ( 1850*2), total of 3700 sqft construction for RCC frame work.

We would like to give the construction work to a contractor and the Contractor is quoting around 650 Rs for total Civil work. Is it a fair price, Can you please provide an estimate for Civil work only. 

I tried using your Estimator tool but didnt understand it completely as there is no where it was given number of Floors. Because i assume the cost for Stilt floor will different from 1st Floor, 2nd Floor and so on. 

It would be really helpful if you could guide me on what would be the good price to give a complete civil contract for Stilt + 2 Floors of 1850Sqft (Slab Area).

           For using the Estimator, you take time as detail below
1. For Stilt
You take foundation items, than cement concrete floor, RCC roof and plaster etc.
For Ground floor
Use estimator as per your requirement of floor, wood work etc.and same as first floor.
