It is better if you have structural design from structural engineer. How ever keep the column size 12''x 18'' with 8nos 16 mm dia bars and beam size may be 12''x15'' below roof slab with 4nos 20mm dia and 2 nos 16 mm dia bars wit 8 mm dia rings @ 6'' c/c. Use cement concrete mix as 1;1.5;3.

In my view the footing of outer columns should be 5'x5' and middle column should be 6'x6' with 12mm dia steel bars @ 6'' c/c on both ways.
