 Topic: Construction Area calculation
Hi,

I have a construction property that is in final stage of a construction (G +1), I have a question regarding how to calculate the total area of construction, should we consider the roof area OR the floor area of the house? and Is the Car parking area be included as there only room and no side walls for parking?

Join date: May 2014		Roof area as the construction area and only floor area for any extra floor work done.
