I would like construct a hose of 4 bed room (Room Area is 10*12) kitchen bathroom and toilet separate, please suggest what would be the estimated cost.

         The cost of construction is related with design and drawing and with the specification used during construction. It may be from 1000-00 to 1200-00 per sft see link below

Join date: May 2014		Please share the plot size. It will cost you around 1000-1200 rs/sq.ft. as per the area covered.
