The cost of 520 sft area slab/ roof with cement concrete ratio 1;1.5;3 including material,labor,shuttering and MS steel is approximately Rs 80000-00.

quality of construction than there is lot of improvement one can find in
construction.

My contractor recommended me to use 8mm TATA TMT bar for main RCC slab and 12mm for beam. Its 1st floor roof contaction. What you say about this? give me some suggestion. | | |

The size and
spacing of MS Steel bar is calculated on the basis of design. In general
design use at least 10 mm dia tor steel bars for main in RCC slab and
in beam above 10 feet span of beam use 16 mm dia tor steel bars. | | |
