 Topic: Construction Cost per square ft in Gurgaon

Dear Mr. S.L. Gupta,

Could you please share your thoughts on the construcation cost in per square ft in Gurgaon.

I am planning to construct a house of aprox 2900 sq ft and just wanted to have an idea on the rough per sq ft cost for the normal construction.

I know I am not providing the specific details but actuall I don't have much idea about it, could you please help here.

The hit and trial method is the cost may be Rs1000- 1500 per sqft
