 Topic: Construction of House by Contractors
Hi, 
Just came across the website and good to know that it caters to many of your questions and confusions regarding the construction of a house.

I have a house in Tangra just opposite to Active Acres. We want to build a house there by giving it to a contractor. The area of the plot is 2000sqft. Right now we cannot invest in making the house so planning to give it to a contractor who can make it and then it can divided in a equal ratio. 

Can anyone tell me how can I go about it and what are the formalities required to start it. I need to do it on a urgent basis. What will be the ratio of division and also if I make it all by myself what will be the cost incurred?

      You should first prepare the plan of the house.
2. Structural drawing.
3. Necessary approvals.
 4. Start the construction.
