 Topic: Construction cost in Bangalore in Feb 2013

Hi i own a site measuring 30x40 and planning to construct a house.

My engineer has given me a plan of 1750 sft for the ground and first floor. What will be the constuction cost including furnishing, granite tiles, painting and wood work.

Please suggest. What is the avg margin a contractor will be keeping.

I work for a construction company in Bangalore, we do design and build services for people like yourself who look to build their dream house.

Replying to your question on the cost details, a 1750 sqft house should cost approx 30 - 32 lakhs excl interiors. we are construction a 30*40 site GF,FF  building @ cost of Rs-1450.00/sqft

specification is standerd hooe,teak wood,vitrified flooring framed structure.
