Topic: Construction cost in Mysore 1200 sqft

I am planning to construct house in mysore. Plot size is 2400 sqft. In that we are planning to build house house in 1200 sqft only leaving another 1200 sqft for garden. It is East-South corner plot.

We need two car parks, a duplex 3 BHK house. Pooja room required. Good quality construction required. Need a own bore too.

What could be the cost?

S L Gupta (Civil Engg) Join date: Mar 2008	Dear Arun The cost of construction is related to plan of the building, specification used in construction. However cost for 1200 sft covered area is rs 1500000-00 approximately.

Arun Join date: May 2015	Thanks sir. We need around 18 chadara house (1800 sqft covered area). Granite flooring and high quality matericals and fittings.
