 Topic: Construction estimate for 60×40site


Respected sir
                         I request you to kindly tell me the costing of residential construction as I am thinking and planning for contructing.
The site is located in JP nagar Bangalore and size is 40ft×60ft east facing in which we are residing now. Want to demolish old and construct new.

The construction which I am thinking is as follows
Ground floor 1no 2BHK and parking area
1st   floor 2nos 2BHK
2nd floor 2nos 2BHK
3rd  floor 1no 3BKH for our own purpose.

     The cost of construction depends upon drawing of house and specification used during construction.

Join date: May 2015		I agree that the cost depend on drawing and specification. But for initial concept before drawing according your requirement the The project cost vary from 90 Lac to 140 Lac depend on final drawing and specification
