 Topic: Construction of house with basement.
Dear sir
          I want to construction a house, area 19ft X 70ft (1330sqft)
with basement please give me the estimate if the spam of pillar is 19 ft what will be the diamention of pillar and beam and the dia of rod used.

           The design of R C C columns, beams and slab is designed according to load bear by them taking factor of safety from earth quack, bearing capacity of soil etc in consideration. For basement and other 2 stories it is better to take design from structural engineer.
Estimate can be framed with drawing and specification. However cost may be 1000-00sft See the link below
