|  Topic: Contructing a House in Sonarpur (WB)
Hi Experts,
I have no clue on contructing a house. And I know without proper knowledge people will suck all of my money. Thus, I need your expert guidance and help.
I want to build a house on 1000 sqft area.
The house will have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen+Dinning area, Living room and 1 temple on GF and 1st flr will have 2 rooms.
I know the above details might not make any sense to most of you due to lack of any specifications. Still I wanted to know if the above is possible and how much will the construction cost?
Also, any input/help will be highly appreciated! |

Join date: Feb 2008 | Dear Mr. Sharma, The first step would be to prepare an architectural plan. You can get some ideas for planning available at the link below
Once you have finalized the plan, you can work on all specifications. Understanding the specification and difference between each material type will be crucial. Once you spend some time understanding this, you will be able to save time, money and hassle in constructing your home. Taking help from a local architect/engineer is also strongly recommended.
