 Topic: Converting to duplex
Hello Friends,

We have top floor with roof right. My question is weather we can build a room on terrace right beneath the top floor room and make way for stairs form the rooms itself by cutting the ceiling. It will give Duplex look.

Will cutting ceiling have any impact of overall house.

Pls revert back with thoughts.

       You can make room and no harm for roof cutting.
