What is the cost of construction per sq fit in Bangalore. ?

And what is the cost of construction per sq ft for stilt parking ?

What would be the cost of construction of foundation for 31 by 34 plot for Stilt +1+2+3? (approximation)

S L Gupta (Civil Engg) Join date: Mar 2008	Dear The cost of construction depend or related with the plan, elevation, structure and specification used in the construction. Cost related with so many factors nos of windows, door railing, columns etc. The hit and trial method proves costly in long run. For better option have detail estimate, which willgive you rate,cost per item, quantity of material required according to drawing and specification.As you stated foundation cost for 31x34 sft area. There may be 2,wall or 3 walls as per plan design so cost is variable, cost range from Rs 1100-00 to 2000-00 as per drawing, design and specification.
