 Topic: Cost estimate
Myself Ketul from ahmedabad. I wants to reconstruct my terrace as i find leakage in monsoon. total area of the terrace is 800 sqft. Kindly help me.

Dear Ketul

         First you should check the leakage point. After it dismental the portion and relay it. At gharexpert.com there are many articles about leakage and dampness take help from these articles. See the link below for all type of roof.

Join date: Sep 2012		if it is a RCC roof, just apply a fresh coat of rich plastering over it, duly maintaining a good slope to drain of rain water

Dear

      The plaster will not stay for long time, it willbe cracked after sometime and leakage and dampness problem not to be solve.
