 Topic: Cost estimation for 3 stories apartment
Hi, 

I am planing to build 3 stories apartment at Amravati on plot of size: 3500 sft.

On each floor there will be 2 flats with built up area 950 aq. ft (Excluding super area here)

what will be my approx built up area for 3 stories building ?

What will be Approximate Total Project Cost in Rs.

         Cost of construction depends upon the plan, elevation, specification and design of the building. However cost is from Rs 1000-00 to 1200-00 per square feet.If you want detail estimate See the link below

Join date: May 2014		u should have at least 2500 sq.ft. on each floor in total for 2 flats with carpet area of 950 sq.ft. The total area would be 7500 sq.ft. It will cost you around 75 lac's in total in good material.
