This is a G+3 story residential (concrete structure done) building and I'm thinking to buy 1 flat in it. Being a layman I could not properly judge the plan and seeking experts help. My concerns are, 1. In few areas in the plan, distance between two pillars looks more than usual to me. 2. Also it looks to me there are more cantilever construction in the building. However I can see all cantilevers are supported by thick (around 15 inches) beams all around it. When talked to the their engineer, they said cantilever beams are made of by 20mm TMT bars and I don't have to think about the structure. Could any expert please shed some light here?
