 Topic: DDA flat alteration
Hi, I wanted to know what alterations are allowed in a DDA Janta Flat in Delhi? If the owner is on second floor, and he has terrace rights, can a third floor be constructed in a Janta Flat? Also can the courtyard area be expanded to add additional room? If any architects/ engineered recognised/ registered by MCD/ DDA are available on this site, how do I get in touch? Thanks

Dear Tanuj

          It is good to hire architect who is familiar to the rules of DDA. There are many architect in ROINI DELHI who are affilated to the DDA.
