          The cost of the building depends upon the plan and elevation of the building and specification used in the construction.

However there are two option at gharexpert .com one is estimator tool for cost calculation and second is detail estimate link is given below.

Process of work: 

The process of GharExpert work is as follows:

Our Architect team at New Delhi will design the architecture for your house. Our team from New Delhi will coordinate the project designs with you so that we all are on the same page. 

Professional charges for the following services are: 

Built area of : 1,500 Sq. ft.

1) Floor Plans : Rs. 3.50 per sq. ft.

 2) Door Window Schedule : Included in no. 1 

3) Structural drawing : Rs. 3. per sq. ft. 
4) Mumty drawing : included in no. 3 
5) Staircase drawing : included in no. 3 
6) Electrical Drawing : Rs. 1 per sq. ft. 
7) Plumbing drawing : Rs. 1 per sq. ft. 
8) 2d exterior elevation : Rs. 5 per sq. ft. 
9) 3D exterior elevation design : Rs. 8 per sq. ft.
