Dear sir,I need information for RCC Brick work estimate for 2400 sq ft plinth construction. Basically i need appx. rate / sqft for RCC and brick work estimates. The plinth area is around 1200 sqft |

Join date: May 2014 | The plinth area is around 1200 sqft & 8-10 ft below ground, + Parking space / ground floor of 1200-1400 sqft + first floor residance of 1400 sqft
I would be constructing the house with Rcc contractor for my own living and need to know baseline rates with material for RCC + Brick work of above. Structual engineer also provided estimate of around 3kg/sqft of steel of the slab area as we need to do provision for future floors.
Tentative steel - 8 tonnes, Steel bars - 16mm,
brick 6" / 9" which would be good. | | |
