Demarcation between RCC beam and brick wall

 Topic: Demarcation between RCC beam and brick wall
I plan to instal a split A/C in my living room.This flat had been remodelled by the original owner and a French window of size 102" x 70"height.has been installed.The top part of the French window has been fitted at a height of 26" from the ceiling andthe bottom part at 9" from the floor..The total ceiling height is 112" The 7" difference in between [ 112"-(70+26+9)] is due to the marble facings provided for the window.
My problem arises in installing the cooling unit above the french window. I want to know aat what height the RCC beam is installed, so that I can safely drill holes for the cooling unit inlet, outlet pipes as well as condensate drain and electrical wiries.
If I know the demarcation distance between the RCC beam and the brick portion, I will be relieved.
I live in a seven storied building (grd+6)

Dear Radhakrisanan

                 It is better if you call any  local civil engineer or contractor who is in better position to solve your problem after inspecting the site of your house i.e. it is to be seen that wall you are drilling is weather load bearing or non load bearing, size of wall to be dismentel, size of beam or lintel to be casted according to the site condition.
