 Topic: Difference between Silt and Ground
In a house with Ground plus two floors, is the Ground floor structure with which is used for residential purposes considered as Ground or is it stilt?

       In my view when there is residential house at ground than it is called as ground floor but when we use ground as parking than this will be stilt.
