There are few questions that comes in min when you plan a house1) What is the area of the plot? 2) What are the dimensions of the plot? 3) What should be the setbacks for the building? 4) Is there any specific building rules or regulations that should be known before planning? 5) What is the the facing of the plot? 6) Where is the plot located? 7) What type of architecture do you like? 8) Do you believe in vastu? 9) What are the surroundings? i.e. adjacent buildings
Please answer these questions then only planning can be done

Apologies for the delayed reply.
My plot dimensions are 30 X 40 North faced site. Its completely Flat site. This is in Anjanapura BDA layout in Bangalore. Presently the entire surrounding is empty.
I am looking for a Vastu compliant.

As you have not mentioned the facing of your plot, so it is not possible to product vastu compliant plan.

You just look at the links and see the plan from architectural perspective. If you post your requirements at support@gharexpert.com then fresh plans can be made based on your requirements.
Also, vastu compliant can be produced.
