Entrance is from west corner and huge pond on the east. Should I buy the plot. the plot is 36' x 60'. East-west plot.Thank you

Hello Kamlesh,

The pond in the East is not an issue and entry from West signifies: gain in wealth as well as fear of society. You can go for the property but only if you are sure that the entry is from West and not NWW or NW or NNW. The pond should have clean water.

Join date: Jun 2010		the plot is surrounded by two bigger plots on the south and north. On the east is the pond ,clean water and on the west is corner is a 4' lane entrance. West and southwest end is the bigger plot of north side.

The height of the buildings on the South if higher than yours is okay. On the North the Height should be lower than yours. Pond on the East is also ok. However if there is more open space within your plot on the West and Southwest than North and Northeast then this shall be a vastu constraint.
