 Topic: Estimate for Construction

I want to know the good design  & appx. construction estimate in detail for a plot size 22.5 Ft. (wide) x 52 ft (lenght).   If anyone can help me out... that will be a great help... Waiting your valuable suggestions in building a good house for my family.

Construction cost varies largely on location

Hello,

I am planning to build a house in Bangalore. The site dimension is 40x60 ft. The area of house is expected to be approx 2500 sq ft - a duplex one which should include 3 bedrooms, 1 hall, 1 kitchen, attached baths, study room, store room, utility space, garage (20x10 ft), etc. Garage may be provisioned in the basement.

I wish to have reasonably good quality material, granite floor, teak for 2 doors, solar and rain water harvesting infrastructure.

What would be the approx estimate for this type of construction?

Can you also share some standard plans for this layout?
