Hi

Please advise me what is the estimation cost for 100 yds ground floor  (2BHK)   30 x 30 sizes.

Give me some idea for processing Loan.

Join date: May 2014		The actual costing will be coming around 11-12 lacs all inclusive.
The government will give you loan at the rate of 1500/Sq.Ft. 
The estimate has to be made by the Architect and the Layout has to be approved by the authority before file submission.
