Dear Sir,

I would like to know on what basis the estimator is build, is the rates are updated frequently.

Also i would like to know the cost per sq.ft in Chennai City, basis on your view and knowledge.

         The estimate is based on the by taking Average area of house which is almost 2000 sft and rates are changed time to time with respect to NCR.The cost of construction per square feet is depends on the specification used in the construction. For general specification rate per sft is Rs 1200 to 1500 sft.
