Extending a house on 25' x 150' lot

 Topic: Extending a house on 25' x 150' lot
I'm planning to buy a house and extend it. The lot size is 25' x 150. Current house size is 17' x 36'. I am looking to add 29' in the back, making the house size 17' x 65'. Will the make the house look too skinny? How much is the maximum sqft I should extend to make the house look good?

     You are extending your house on backside , So have no effect on elevation.
