 Topic: Exterior Wall Crack Repair

I constructed a new home two years back.  Now there are cracks in many places in exterior side of the brick walls.  These cracks are causing dampness during raining season.  Please suggest best method to repair these cracks.

                 Cracks must be repaired immediately when observed otherwise the life of structure will reduce causing structural failure.
