Topic: External Wall Seepage in Rainy season

In the rainy season all external walls are very damp (seepage) inside.  All furniture is damaged.

My exterior walls are 8 inch thick brick walls. Plastered both side ( inside and outside ). cracks are not there in plaster.

I want to do any coating or paint from out side. please suggest any option.

Re-Plastering on outside with zero number aggregate mixed and waterproofing (imperno 1 pack for 1 bag of cement or as suggested by the product) will do the job.

The Solution to seepage problem like yours requires a proper long term
approach,

Clearly in your walls the outer plaster has no waterproof chemical and
that the plaster itself is porous due to higher sand ratio.

Please contact me at 9643450696 for detailed help.

Dear Purvi
Scrap the old outside plaster and do the plaster with coarse sand in1;3 ratio and finish the top with 1mm thick cement rendering. Also use water proof chemical in mortar.
Also apply cement shullery i.e  cement with water on wall after curing before start of plaster for better grip on old surface.
