Hi all

My house construction is nearing completion( Tks everyone for their support and comments).

My query is what are the check list of things which I should lookout before taking over from contractor.

I request eveybody to commnet on this however silly it may be.

           There are so many things to check at the time of completion of house.
Take copy and pen and start from one end and write the incomplete or defective items serial wise.
As like start from front door entry and note that
Door is closed properly, all fittings of door shutter work properly, any defect in paint etc.
Similarly note defect of plaster, paint. Note defect of electric point, waterline point, sever defect etc.
Note the defect of all rooms etc and give the list to contractor and check after rectification.
