General question about the fees for Engineer/Arcitect/Structural Eng.

 Topic: General question about the fees for Engineer/Arcitect/Structural Eng.
Dear All,
I would like to construct a building in chennai with RCC frame structure & latest building codes (Earth Quake resistence) and looking for good in Civil engineer/Structural engineer/Architect/Interior designer. Please advice who is the mandatory person i need to meet for the construction?. Others should i need to meet for an idea? how they are all interlinked while building construction. How much fees i need to pay each other?  

The total construction area is 2800sqft(gound and first floor).
Please advice.

         The step wise need for construction new house is
1 To prepare the drawing of the house with the help of architect.
and prepare the structural drawing with the help of structural engineer or civil engineer.
2 To arrange the sanction from municipality.
3 To start construction with good contractor either on labor rate w/o material or through rate with material.

You can take help from support@gharexpert.com for plan of the house complete with elevation, electrical and sanitary drawings.Structural drawings, interior and for detail estimate which very help full to deal with contractor.
