HI Sir,I'm planning to buy a 30/40 site in bangalore and plan to build G 3 floor with parking 1 bhk in ground floor and 2bhk 1 bhk in subsequent floors. My questions is what would be the approx cost of the building and what are the measures that i need to take while buying the land to get govt clearance for this project. Thanks. Ahmed
