Hello Team, We bought a flat recently.We are planning for interior.We can afford upto 3 lacs.Is it fine do we get good interior to a 1300 sft 3bhk .Please suggest me. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Ar. Manoj Ralen Join date: Feb 2008	Dear BVN, The budget of Rs. 3 Lac for the whole flat is on the lesser side. You should take the approach of identifying the individual work item and put area and rate in front of it. Once you have the budget in front of you then you can get the designs of individual items. An example would be. 1) Flooring in Room 1: Rs. 75 SFT * 160= 12000. Please note, if you buy tiles of rate say Rs. 55 per SFT. you would need another Rs. 20 SFT to install it. Wooden flooring vendors usually quote a final installed rate for the work. 2) False ceiling in Room 1: Rs. 80 SFT * 160 = Rs. 12800. Once you have completed this exercise, it would be easier to plan the whole thing.
