 Topic: Help on construction pricing
Dear Sir / Madam,
I want to built a residential house in North Delhi area on 250 sq. yard plot.
It will comprise of Basement + GF + FF + SF + TF.

It would be of help if you people can help in informing me of the prevailing rates of construction.

I would be interested in the construction as follows :
Super structure will be of premium quality material.
Earth quake proof.

If someone could also suggest good architect / contractor.
And what would be the cost of getting the plan sanctioned from MCD.

Join date: Dec 2010		Recently I have constructed 500sq yards of house GF & FF,with superior quality brick,sand,iron and other material.The construction cost for structure comes to me Rs 2860/- per sq. feet.Really  Ihave a horrible experience with my house. First of all i had done agreement with builder with Rs 1600 psq. feet,and when I saw brick it was like mud.No skilled labour.Then i contacted cotractor again same case worst then before/builder.Then i hired one familiar architect then only i got what i wanted.For plan sanction overall i spent rs 12 lakhs.with interior costing is 4900 per sq feet.
