House plan for 38 x 40 Sq ft plot

 Topic: House plan for 38 x 40 Sq ft plot
Hi,

I am looking for 3BHK with Pooja room, store room, single floor Vastu complaint house plan for 38 x 40 Sq ft North East facing plot. It is the corner plot. It has roads facing on east and south.
Can you provide necessary guideline to go ahead?
