I have a very peculiar plot roughly 40 mtrs away from Major High Way known as By-pass i. NH.No. 2. the details of plot is as below:-

                        NE       SE
                        NW      SW

NORTH POINT OF PLOT  IS SITUATED AT 72 FT FROM THE CENTER OF ROAD (EAST DIRECTION) . SO
1-NE TO NW = 30 FT.
2- NW TO SW = 26 FT,
3-SW TO SE = 15 FT,
4-SE TO NE = 30 FT DIAGONALLY (MAKING A ANGLE OF 30 DEGS. THIS IS ALSO IS THE FRONT OF PLOT. PREFERRED CONSTRUCTION WILL RCC. ANY ONE CAN HELP ME TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF THIS KIND OF PLOT FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSE ?
