I WANT TO KNOW THE ROUGH ESTIMATED COST FOR NEW 1450 SQ.FT. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IN RURAL AREA, WHERE MATERIALS COST IS-(1) BRICKS= RS. 3/ PIECE.(2)STEEL BAR=RS. 35/ KG.(3)RIVER SAND=RS. 700/ TRACTOR TROLLEY.(4)STONE CHIP=RS. 4000/ TRACTOR TROLLEY.(5)STONE METAL=RS. 2500/ TRACTOR TROLLEY.AND CONTRACTOR COST FOR MAKING A HOUSE WITH OUT MATERIALS IS RS.140/SQ.FT.V

Join date: May 2015		As per your given rates of material the approx estimated cost for 1450 sft is:
Structure cost for foundation+column+beam+slab+wall+plaster is approx 11 to 12 lacs
Finishing cost for flooring+door window+electrification+sanitation and water supply+painting is approx 7 to 8 lacs

Join date: May 2014		It will cost you around 14-15 lac's max all inclusive in good material.
