In my opinion it is better to contact any civil engineer who can guide better after inspection the house site and after taking the idea about loading and foundation to take load of further construction of floors.

Hi,
My Brother is constructing a building G+ 1 Duplex home which is almost in Finishing stage. Columns are 12 X 9 with 6 12mm rods. Center one highlighted in Yellow has been made dummy due to the change in Plan and Beam with 16 mm rod has been Provided from the structural beam(Highlighted in Yellow). All the walls are built in the same structure in First Floor. One of his friend recently visited the place and told building strength will be a question since there is no Center Column. He is very much worried now. Could you please help. what corrective action can be take now? | | | |
