I am going to buy an already constructed house on area 450 square feet. what will be the cost of structure exclusive of cost of land

      The cost of structure is depends on the specification used in the construction, elevation of the building, place of construction i.e. in NCR or in small town. The year of construction as there is depreciation in construction cost. It is advisable to consult local engineer of your town or city for cost consultation.
