I have used the construction cost calculator /estimator on this site. Is the estimator accurate? What percentage I should add to figure that the calculator shows for construction of a house in Hyderabad?

Dear Anil Kumar

     The rates provided in the estimator are old we shortly revising the rates. Now you can add 20 to 25 % on the cost.
