Hello Venu.
Can you share the layout of the plot, I mean the diagram that shows where the roads are hitting actually. This diagram will help to provide some remidies. Mind you unless and untill analyzed it is very difficult to mention wether the plot is good or bad.
Plots in every zone are benificial to certain business, If used appropriately you can reap benifits out of it. But for that first it needs to be analysed carefully.
And for making any transactions for this plot your current Vastu (Home) where you currently stay also matters.
Unless and untill you have proper reason, please do not make a judgement.
